Lauren brings over 15 years of HR leadership experience and holds an MBA from Husson University. With a strong track record of advancing people-first strategies and building collaborative workplace cultures, she’s set to lead our HR initiatives with purpose and impact.
In her role, Lauren will focus on:

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys life on her family farm in Newburgh, Maine — whether she’s on horseback, baking in the winter months, or spending time outdoors with loved ones. She’s also passionate about community involvement and lifelong learning.
